How to create Email Id in Linux Accounts?

You will be able to create, edit or delete email accounts as you wish. The following steps will guide through to create email accounts. You should download mails then and there in any email client such outlook express. We will not be responsible for any data loss at any time. Maintaining your email accounts properly will avoid issues such as spam, virus.

Required Information
--------------------
Your website's hosting control panel user name and password.

Procedure
----------
[1] Access your control panel at http://www.yourdomain.com.com/cpanel

[ ! Notes ]
You must have port 2082 access enabled in your internet connection to access this control panel. Usually it is enabled, but if you are in a network and if your are not able to access this, please contact your network admin and enable this port.
If you access as www.yourdomain.com/cpanel it will take minimum upto 48 hrs to reflect from the time registration of the domain to access your cPanel.

[2] Supply the user name & password.

[3] Click on Mail Icon.

[4] Click on Manage /Add / Remove accounts link.

[5] Click on Add New Account link.

[6] Enter the Email Id you wish to create and supply the password, space allotted and click on create button.

Avoid using lengthy email id names .

[7] Repeat the above steps to create more accounts.

The system will create a email id in the same name as your cPanel user name.

[ * Tips ]
You should configure any email client such as outlook and download your emails frequently.
You might not be able to access your email if your connectivity is slower.
If your user name or password is wrong, you will not be able to access your email.
If your account is suspended due to excess bandwidth usage or server usage, your access will be suspended.
